The pandemic has changed these consumption habits for many. Home-made quality coffee has become a passion for many. The coffee industry has to adapt to the new morning routines.*

The pandemic has prevented many people from enjoying their daily fresh coffee at the local coffee shop or to take on the way to the office. Many have invested over time in semi-professional coffee machines or quality, local coffee purchased from specialty stores to enjoy all the flavors they crave.

The coffee industry has understood these new trends and we have seen the emergence of new products in supermarkets:

 

2022 marks the return to "normal" life and the HORECA environment must adapt and stand out. Bars must regain their morning clientele and coffee specialists must distinguish themselves to attract new regulars.
