The weather is nice, soon it will be hot and, on the terrace, two teams will soon confront each other again...
Team: "Ah me when it's hot there is only beer that hydrates me!"
Team : " A fresh cocktail in a nice glass is more tempting !
... while a third will again suffer the pangs of indecision:
Team: "I can't decide ☹"
Well, dear undecided friend, dear lost consumer, do you know that there is a solution to your dilemma?
The beer cocktail
They're fresh, they're good, and they're plentiful!
Even if they are not necessarily completely democratized.
Considered the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world. Wikipedia tells us that the creation of beer is considered plausible as early as 6000 BC.
Since then, beer recipes have evolved and there are many innovations around beer: packaging, recipes, techniques.
Non-alcoholic or flavored beers have made their appearance.
Each brewery has its own little secret to make each beer a unique experience.
Beer can be cooked, and it can be declined.
The most famous cocktail? The Monaco! And yes it is indeed a beer-based cocktail.
But since when do we make beer-based cocktails?
The Noctem website (Artisan Brewers) explains: "We can trace the origin of beer-based cocktails back to the time of King Midas in 750 BC. People used many things to mask the taste of beer like honey, herbs, fruits and sometimes even ingredients that were a little out of the ordinary, like poppy seeds and pieces of granite."
Although the original purpose of adding ingredients to beer was to mask the taste, as mentioned above, we now have over 8000 years of innovations that have remedied this.
(By the way, if you're wondering how to keep the taste, sparkle and freshness of your beer intact, don't hesitate to read or reread Emmanuel Etienne's advice on this subject by clicking here.
Nowadays, beer cocktails (alcoholic or not) bring a new freshness to the menus of cafés and restaurants.
Let yourself be tempted by the experience!
And since we love good things, we took a close look at the subject and here is a small selection of recipes for the beautiful days.
